We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided.

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as grooming tools or feeding accessories that have been used cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return

• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return

Our support team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damage or defect. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
