Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1โ3 business days of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

- New Zealand: 10โ18 business days
- United States & Canada: 10โ20 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10โ20 business days
- Rest of World: 12โ25 business days

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real time. Please allow 24โ48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
