Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • New Zealand: 10โ€“18 business days
  • United States & Canada: 10โ€“20 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10โ€“20 business days
  • Rest of World: 12โ€“25 business days

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Delayed Shipments
