Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time.
Click Your Tracking Link
Open the shipping confirmation email and click the tracking link provided. This takes you directly to the carrier's tracking page where you can see exactly where your order is and when it's expected to arrive.
Allow Processing Time
Please note that tracking information can take up to 24–48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent. This is normal — your parcel is on its way!
Receive Your Order
Sit back and relax! Your order will be delivered to the address you provided at checkout. Someone must be available to receive the parcel, or it may be left in a safe location or taken to your local post office.
Delivery Timeframes
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed.
Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days depending on your location.
